Larry is experienced in all phases of the software life-cycle, as a hands-on developer, project leader and people manager. He’s been involved in software development efforts in many industries, including retail, advertising, financial, healthcare, wireless communications, control systems, and avionics. His experience spans many technologies, including Internet applications/J2EE, e-commerce sites, GR8 technologies, client/server, database, real-time, and embedded systems. Assignments have included many high visibility situations requiring tuning and performance analysis of mission critical computer systems. Larry frequently participates in client needs analysis, including use-cases and requirements definition. His skills are kept current through continuing education, and his abilities have evolved with each new paradigm in software development over the last 36 years.
